By using PreSport, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country).
• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Will not use PreSport for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

• PreSport is a free prediction game and does not involve real-money gambling.
• Users earn virtual points based on correct predictions, which may be redeemed for prizes as per our rewards policy.
• PreSport does not guarantee prize availability and may modify or withdraw rewards at any time.

• You must register an account to participate in predictions.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and must not share login details.
• PreSport reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Users must not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate predictions.
• Engage in cheating, fraud, or abusive behavior.
• Post offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent bans.

• All content (logos, text, graphics) belongs to PreSport or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute PreSport content without permission.

• PreSport does not guarantee 100% accuracy in match data or predictions.

We are not liable for:

• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss.
• User disputes or prize-related claims.
• Third-party links or services.

7.1 Participation Rules

When you participate in PreSport's football prediction games ("Games"), your use is governed by:

• These Terms & Conditions.
• The specific rules of each Game (e.g., scoring system, leaderboard rankings).
• Any additional instructions published on the PreSport app or website.

7.2 Registration & Eligibility

• Participation is free and open to natural persons only (no bots or automated entries).
• Users must provide accurate personal details during registration.
• Prize Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, prizes are only available to participants legally residing in countries where PreSport operates. Users from other regions may play for fun but cannot win prizes.

7.3 One Account per User

Only one (1) account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

7.4 Age Restrictions

• Users under 13 years old are not permitted to participate.
• Minors (ages 13–18) must have parental consent to play.
• PreSport reserves the right to request age verification and/or revoke access for underage users.

7.5 Technical Issues

• PreSport's system records (e.g., prediction submissions) are the official proof of participation.
• We are not liable for lost or delayed predictions due to device and internet errors.
• We are not liable for incomplete or incorrectly formatted entries.

7.6 Username Policy

PreSport may reject or remove usernames deemed:

• Offensive.
• Impersonating others.
• Violating trademarks.

7.7 Acceptance of Participation

• PreSport reserves the right to accept or reject any user at its discretion.
• Notifications (e.g., prize wins) sent to invalid/undeliverable emails will void eligibility.

7.8 Prize Claims

• Winners will be notified via email or app notification and must provide requested details (e.g., shipping address) within the specified timeframe.
• Failure to respond = forfeiture of the prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable unless approved by PreSport in writing.

7.9 Prize Terms

• No cash alternatives (unless stated).
• PreSport may substitute prizes of equal/greater value if unavailable.
• One (1) prize per person/user unless otherwise specified.

7.10 Minors Winning Prizes

• If a minor wins, a parent/guardian must confirm acceptance on their behalf.
• For event tickets (e.g., matches), minors must be accompanied by an adult.

7.11 Publicity

By participating, users agree to:

• Allow PreSport to use their username, score, and (if applicable) photo for promotional purposes (e.g., leaderboards, winner announcements).

7.12 Restrictions

Employees (or their relatives) of PreSport or partner companies involved in app development/prizes are not eligible to win prizes.

7.13 Changes & Termination

PreSport may, without liability to participants:

• Update Game rules or scoring systems.
• Disqualify users for violations.
• Cancel or modify Games due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues).

• PreSport may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services without notice.

• These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the user's country and relevant jurisdictions.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or arbitration before legal action.

No Refunds for Digital Purchases

• All in-app purchases (e.g., ad-free subscriptions, account upgrades, group upgrades, other offers) are non-refundable.
• Since these are digital services (not physical goods), they cannot be returned once activated.

Paid Items Can Be Restored

If you lose access to a purchase due to app re-installation, device change, or account issues, contact us to restore your purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The purchase was unauthorized (fraudulent charge).
• The feature does not work as advertised (verified by our team).
• Required by local consumer laws (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off period for subscriptions).

How to Request a Restoration or Exception

Important Notes

• Subscription cancellations: You can turn off auto-renewal anytime via your device's app store. No refunds for unused periods.
• Duplicate charges: Report immediately for investigation.
• For disputes, contact your app store's support team first.
